HotelMate™ - Simple to use functionality

With HotelMate™ they have better control of their travel schedule. They can plan ahead for both personal and business trips. They can view upcoming reservations whenever needed and make 'quick' booking by their favourite hotels.

Before booking their room they are shown information about the hotel including photographs, services, room types and rates. There's also a map to help locating the hotel with Latitude and Longitude details for input into their navigation system. After selection, they can then proceed through a simple to use, but fully featured, booking process including secure card authorisation.

Functions within HotelMate™ also allow them to enter their individual preferences; room types, grade preference, special requirements, etc. to filter search results within the mobile before searching the database. This reduces connection time and data flow.
